The course will cover a typical Queensland school's Junior Graphics and 2D CAD course progressing from Year 7 through to Year 10.
You will be provided with a Resource Booklet, during your residential school which contains questions of proposed drawings together with related exams and contextual units.
This course will give you information and skills to help you tackle the majority of Junior Graphics courses being taught in Queensland schools with confidence. The course is based on manual drafting and 2D CAD techniques and some concept sketching will be undertaken to complement the course.
You will receive important teaching, classroom management and administration tips from practising teachers and you will also receive a copy of some useable resources.

Please note, teachers undertaking this course as PD wishing to gain a statement of attainment must complete the associated assessment tasks and attend the residential school. However, teachers undertaking this course as PD wishing to gain a statement of attendance only need attend the residential school.
